REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Retention
- Maintain regular communication with active clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity
- Re-engage inactive or unresponsive clients to revive relationships and uncover opportunities
- Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for client needs
Deal & Lender Coordination
- Communicate with financing partners (lenders) to support deal flow and resolve issues
- Help ensure smooth coordination between clients, lenders, and JLFC
CRM & Data Management
- Enter and maintain all lease transactions accurately in the CRM
- Keep detailed notes, track activity, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Follow-Through & Accountability
- Track open opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up
- Support movement of deals by keeping communication active and organized
