Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing HSM or Key Management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, or IBM Key Protect
  • Strong knowledge of cryptographic interfaces including PKCS#11, CAPI, CNG, JCE, and KMIP
  • Proficiency in systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages
  • Experience designing and executing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) independently
  • Must reside in the UAE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead technical design workshops and implement the Fortanix platform for customers
  • Design, configure, and optimize solutions to drive product adoption and usage
  • Provide customer training, enablement, and technical advisory services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure customer success and renewals
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with engineering and product management teams
  • Identify automation opportunities and differentiate between feature requests and bug triage
