Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Control department in a Valve Manufacturing Industry, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Refineries and other sectors along with appropriate knowledge.
2. With Middle East experience is an advantage.
3. Bachelor of Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
4. With ASNT Level II in UT/RT/LPT/MPI/Visual Inspection/ Leak Testing/ CSWIP/ AWS CWI certifications are preferred.
5. Good Knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
6. Good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To co-ordinate all activities required to direct and control manufacturing quality.
• To inspect and ensure that the products received, manufactured and supplied, are of high-quality standards and meet the requirements of the company, customers and international standards.
• To Inspect and ensure all components for its quality from material receipt, line inspection and final product testing and Dispatch.
• Responsible for receiving Inspection, Inline Inspection, Non-Destructive testing of materials, final pressure testing and compliance, final product inspection till dispatch.
