Customer Success Engineer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing HSM or Key Management platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, or IBM Key Protect
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic interfaces including PKCS#11, CAPI, CNG, JCE, and KMIP
- Proficiency in systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages
- Experience designing and executing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) independently
- Must reside in the UAE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical design workshops and implement the Fortanix platform for customers
- Design, configure, and optimize solutions to drive product adoption and usage
- Provide customer training, enablement, and technical advisory services
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure customer success and renewals
- Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with engineering and product management teams
- Identify automation opportunities and differentiate between feature requests and bug triage
