Customer Success Associate
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with enterprise software applications
- Excellent organizational, project management, consultative and time management skills
- Passion for working on a small, dedicated, agile and determined team
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, as well as active listening skills
- Solid sense of empathy for clients, as well as a passion for revenue growth
- Exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality and speed
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch new projects, manage / maintain customer project data and oversee technical client training / adoption of best practices
- Work to resolve all product and project-related customer questions and requests efficiently and effectively
- Handle client interactions with calm professionalism, quick execution and a sense of urgency to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
- Drive increased engagement for new and existing clients
- Help specify, outline and advocate for UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback
