REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and sound decision-making
  • Ability to analyze and apply information from multiple sources and internal systems
  • Strict adherence to documented screening workflows, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or an administrative role
  • Prior experience in Risk Operations is preferred but not mandatory (may be titled as Risk Operations Specialist)

Language Requirement:

  • Bilingual candidate required
  • English (mandatory) + one of the following as a second language:
  • German
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Mandarin
  • Thai
  • Vietnamese

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in compliance, risk assessment, fraud prevention, or operations
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms or seller onboarding processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review new seller applications from Turkey and other countries of incorporation
  • Approve or decline seller applications based on Marketplace Inbound and Outbound requirements
  • Review and make decisions on appealed seller applications
  • Ensure all reviews are completed in accordance with defined risk and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback, insights, and process improvements
