REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and sound decision-making
- Ability to analyze and apply information from multiple sources and internal systems
- Strict adherence to documented screening workflows, policies, and compliance requirements
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or an administrative role
- Prior experience in Risk Operations is preferred but not mandatory (may be titled as Risk Operations Specialist)
Language Requirement:
- Bilingual candidate required
- English (mandatory) + one of the following as a second language:
- German
- Japanese
- Korean
- Mandarin
- Thai
- Vietnamese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in compliance, risk assessment, fraud prevention, or operations
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms or seller onboarding processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review new seller applications from Turkey and other countries of incorporation
- Approve or decline seller applications based on Marketplace Inbound and Outbound requirements
- Review and make decisions on appealed seller applications
- Ensure all reviews are completed in accordance with defined risk and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback, insights, and process improvements
