RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on order status
  • Accurately enter client requests and verify order details
  • Confirm facility locations and ensure documentation is complete
  • Monitor and follow up on open orders to keep turnaround times on track
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all information is logged correctly
