RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on order status
- Accurately enter client requests and verify order details
- Confirm facility locations and ensure documentation is complete
- Monitor and follow up on open orders to keep turnaround times on track
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all information is logged correctly
