REQUIREMENTS
- Previous call center experience:
- Medical Terminology
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in problem –solving
- Ability to multitask and mange time effectively
- Have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly Motivated, fast learner
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support and provide superior customer service via phone.
- Handle incoming patient’s telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve patients inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, while offering patient assistance and support.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications.
- Access patient account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed.
- Document patient’s inquiries and requests efficiently in our system
- Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics
