REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in customer service, onboarding, client success, or retail preferred
  • Interest in fashion, styling, or e-commerce brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with chat platforms, email support tools, and CRM systems
  • Organized and proactive when managing multiple conversations
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel confident in what they buy

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome new customers and guide them through their first shopping experience
  • Help customers navigate collections, sizing guides, and style features
  • Assist with account setup, order questions, and onboarding communications
  • Provide styling suggestions and product recommendations when customers ask
  • Share tips on how to get the most value from membership perks and promotions
  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to relay customer insights
  • Ensure every customer’s first experience with the brand feels seamless and exciting
