Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in Customer Service minimum 2 years
1-year of call center environment experience
6-months of Utilities Company experience: Electricity, Water, Natural Gas, Telecommunications, or Health and Public Service (H&PS)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
At home internet access to handle calls received via the internet
Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, MS Teams etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries about Utilities through phone calls, chats, and emails, document interactions, assist with all customer issues.
Deliverables or Project Scope: Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, adapt to changes, and inspire others to achieve superior results.
Collaboration Tools or Platforms: Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), ensure reliable internet access, and work from a quiet, private location.
