Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software/tools.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact clients to schedule annual administrative review appointments for our advisors.
- Coordinate client and advisor schedules efficiently.
- Input scheduled appointments into our client management system.
- Conduct weekly quality control to ensure client satisfaction.
- Field inbound client inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
