  • Able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • Experience in events, operations, or client coordination preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients (onboarding, communication, follow-up)
  • Coordinate logistics for events, retreats, and virtual programs
  • Manage schedules, materials, and participant communication
  • Support program delivery and maintain organized systems and records
  • Ensure every experience reflects a high-touch, concierge-level standard
