- Loves creating exceptional client experiences
- Able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Experience in events, operations, or client coordination preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients (onboarding, communication, follow-up)
- Coordinate logistics for events, retreats, and virtual programs
- Manage schedules, materials, and participant communication
- Support program delivery and maintain organized systems and records
- Ensure every experience reflects a high-touch, concierge-level standard
