REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, appointment setting, customer service, or phone experience preferred
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations in real time
- Persuasive and confident communication style
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced remote environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, texting platforms, and social media messaging
- Ability to work independently from a home office environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls, text conversations, and online messaging with prospective veteran clients
- Work company-provided leads daily
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with veterans and their families
- Ask strategic questions and actively listen to determine client eligibility
- Confidently guide conversations and overcome objections naturally
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
- Accurately document client interactions in company systems
- Collaborate closely with Sales Advocates to improve appointment quality and conversion rates
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and team goals
