REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales, appointment setting, customer service, or phone experience preferred
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations in real time
  • Persuasive and confident communication style
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, texting platforms, and social media messaging
  • Ability to work independently from a home office environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls, text conversations, and online messaging with prospective veteran clients
  • Work company-provided leads daily
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally with veterans and their families
  • Ask strategic questions and actively listen to determine client eligibility
  • Confidently guide conversations and overcome objections naturally
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
  • Accurately document client interactions in company systems
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Advocates to improve appointment quality and conversion rates
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and team goals
