REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Maintain regular communication with active clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity
  • Re-engage inactive or unresponsive clients to revive relationships and uncover opportunities
  • Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for client needs

Deal & Lender Coordination

  • Communicate with financing partners (lenders) to support deal flow and resolve issues
  • Help ensure smooth coordination between clients, lenders, and JLFC

CRM & Data Management

  • Enter and maintain all lease transactions accurately in the CRM
  • Keep detailed notes, track activity, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Follow-Through & Accountability

  • Track open opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Support movement of deals by keeping communication active and organized
