REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable on the phones – cold calling doesn’t scare you
  • CRM-confident – you can log, track, and follow up without being reminded
  • B2B sales experience – even 6–12 months. Marketing industry? Even better.
  • Hungry but organized – you’re self-motivated, but you follow a system
  • Long-term thinker – you want to get paid for work you did 6 months ago

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and close new B2B clients (cold calling included)
  • Onboard and manage ongoing client relationships
  • Use our CRM to track leads, pipeline, and renewals
  • Watch your monthly recurring commissions stack over time
