REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable on the phones – cold calling doesn’t scare you
- CRM-confident – you can log, track, and follow up without being reminded
- B2B sales experience – even 6–12 months. Marketing industry? Even better.
- Hungry but organized – you’re self-motivated, but you follow a system
- Long-term thinker – you want to get paid for work you did 6 months ago
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and close new B2B clients (cold calling included)
- Onboard and manage ongoing client relationships
- Use our CRM to track leads, pipeline, and renewals
- Watch your monthly recurring commissions stack over time
