Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting Certification.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on drafting experience in civil construction.

Mandatory Skill: Proven expertise in Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and structural reinforcement detailing.

Software: AutoCAD (Advanced), RebarCAD (bonus), MS Office.

RESPONSIBILITES

Prepare civil, structural, standard shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.

Prepare complete Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural elements (footings, columns, beams, slabs) according to project specifications.

Manage Document Control operations: archive, register, and distribute incoming/outgoing drawings, RFIs, and submittals using EDMS/Excel.

Maintain updated Master Drawing Logs and coordinate updates between site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
