REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred to demonstrate a foundational level of education.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in GRP/FRP lamination, showcasing practical skills and familiarity with industry practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative spirit.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Precisely measure, cut, and prepare fiberglass, resin, and other materials according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accuracy for structural integrity.
• Expertly apply resin and fiberglass layers to molds or forms, using various techniques like hand lay-up or spray-up, to achieve the desired shape and thickness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
