Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited school
- 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Customer-first, outgoing attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
- Takes ownership and applies rigor to all tasks assigned – understands the direct impact this role has on business operations
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Comfort conducting daily tasks on the phone or computer
- Ease and savviness utilizing Microsoft office products and various software
- Must provide high speed internet connection
- Must have a quiet work environment to take and make phone calls
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients
- Serve as our new patient scheduling liaison for 16 clinics across the Chicagoland area and 20+ states virtually for telehealth visits
- Manage and schedule new patient appointments and promptly respond to new patient inquiries
- Provide support to clinics for scheduling, insurance collection, and billing related questions
