REQUIREMENTS

UAE National with valid Emirati Family book (Khulasat Alqaid)

University graduate or graduating soon

Interest in fashion and luxury retail

Basic Excel and reporting skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the General Manager and retail team in daily store operations, including inventory management, SKUing, and stock organization

Support preparation of basic reports on sales, stock levels, and operational performance using Excel

Participate in market and store visits to understand competitor activity and customer experience

Support the implementation of retail initiatives and campaigns under guidance

Help maintain high standards of merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service

Assist in monitoring sales performance and identifying simple trends or opportunities for improvement

Learn to handle routine operational and administrative tasks, escalating complex issues to the General Manager

Participate in cross-functional projects and on-the-job training to develop retail knowledge
