REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams.
• Strong public speaking abilities with experience in community engagement.
• Expertise in program development, project management, and social media management.
• Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, social work practices, and administrative procedures.
• Ability to collect data effectively and utilize it for program improvement.
• Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience in marketing, fundraising, recruiting, teaching, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Effective organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at increasing awareness of behavioral health issues within diverse communities.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to educate audiences about mental health and addiction counseling services.
• Coordinate and facilitate community events, workshops, and seminars to promote behavioral health resources.
• Manage social media platforms and marketing efforts to raise awareness and engage target populations.
• Collect and analyze data related to outreach activities to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by developing proposals, engaging donors, and managing grant applications.
• Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities.
• Recruit new volunteers and team members to support ongoing initiatives.
