REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy development with a focus on lead generation; familiarity with conversion optimization techniques is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in website development using WordPress; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required for technical enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs for performance tracking and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics platforms including Google Tag Manager for implementing tracking codes effectively.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) with the ability to manage metadata, keywords, and site architecture efficiently.
  • Expertise in technical website audits focusing on site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness to improve user experience.
  • Ability to conduct thorough keyword research tailored to target audiences within various industries or niches.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for optimizing product pages for search engines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams including content creators, developers, and marketing professionals.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze data critically and implement data-driven improvements that enhance lead generation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance organic search rankings across major search engines, including optimizing content, metadata, keywords, and site structure for maximum visibility.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize websites built on WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Perform technical website audits focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, HTML/CSS/JavaScript optimization, and overall site health to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior, testing landing pages, improving call-to-action placement, and enhancing site navigation to maximize lead capture.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link-building campaigns while maintaining best practices to ensure sustainable SEO growth.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions, user interactions, and other key metrics; set up and analyze web analytics data for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators and social media managers to develop engaging content that supports SEO objectives and amplifies brand presence online.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective in a competitive digital landscape.
