Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE
• Experience from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
• Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
• Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions
• English fluency (written and verbal)

Preferred

• Experience in Middle East markets
• Arabic language skills
• Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
• Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the team with legal matters in the Middle East Region
• Work on complex, cross-border transactions
• Provide practical, solutions-oriented commercial advice
