REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for and previous experience delivering outstanding customer experience
• A desire to continue your learning through obtaining various certifications, sponsored by Riskonnect. Certification paths may include Salesforce, PS Principles, OCEG and ARM.
• Pursuing or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Natural curiosity and openness to learning about new and/or different ideas, approaches, and solutions – specifically as it relates to Riskonnect, technology, product, risk management and overall business operations
• Ability to excel at logical, analytical thinking and decision-making
• Strong business English written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills
• Proven collaboration and relationship building abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage our client’s software platform to provide business solutions for our customers
• Integrate risk management, safety, or healthcare industry background with database design and platform configuration knowledge to develop optimal design solutions for customers and prospects
• Deliver high-quality documentation of customer requirements and design specifications for implementation
• Understand and apply analysis tools/techniques, issue resolution skills, and demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant factors in the industry
• Demonstrate success tied to customer goals and business objectives
• Produce deliverables on primary Saleforce.com platform including configuration and workflows, detailed technical documentation and unit test plans
• Participate in implementation project calls, design sessions and training sessions
• Promote consistent design and best practice methodologies to solve problems across multiple customer stakeholders
• Industry tools and techniques to integrate data into our client’s platform
