REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client populations.
- Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support and client service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances outreach capabilities.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Experience with outbound calling, call center operations, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to assess lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
- Ability to handle cash transactions or payments is a plus but not required.
- Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation during calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly approach to generate interest in our services.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to qualify leads and understand their needs.
- Clearly communicate the value propositions of our offerings while maintaining a positive and energetic tone.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or service teams, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, updates, and scheduled appointments within our CRM or data entry systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and improve appointment-setting efficiency.
