REQUIREMENTS

• Warm, genuine, personable, and easy to talk to
• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Naturally good at connecting with different personalities
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable asking for the appointment
• Persistent without being pushy
• Resilient when people don’t answer or occasionally aren’t interested
• Able to stay upbeat and consistent throughout your shift
• A strong listener who can think on their feet
• Reliable and excellent with follow-up
• Professional without sounding scripted or overly salesy
• Someone who genuinely loves children and feels connected to work that positively impacts kids

RESPONSIBILITES

• Call warm and inbound leads who have engaged with our company
• Make a great first impression and build rapport quickly
• Have warm, natural, and engaging phone conversations
• Give a brief introduction and reason for reaching out
• Generate enough interest to move the conversation to the next step
• Confidently ask for and schedule Zoom appointments
• Consistently follow up with leads who don’t answer
• Handle occasional hesitation or rejection professionally without losing momentum
• Stay positive and personable through unanswered calls and repeated follow-up
• Keep simple, accurate notes on conversations and scheduled appointments
