Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client populations.
  • Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support and client service skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances outreach capabilities.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Experience with outbound calling, call center operations, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions or payments is a plus but not required.
  • Fast typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation during calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly approach to generate interest in our services.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to qualify leads and understand their needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value propositions of our offerings while maintaining a positive and energetic tone.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives or service teams, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, updates, and scheduled appointments within our CRM or data entry systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and improve appointment-setting efficiency.
