Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in a business setting, such as customer service, banking, finance, insurance, or related fields.
- Strong clerical, attention to detail, customer service, and analytical skills are essential.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Due to the highly regulated nature of this work, must meet FINRA requirements for Non-registered Fingerprinted staff.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay current with company guidelines to accurately analyze and respond to exceptions and unusual situations.
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and customer service through effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment, addressing defects in policy applications with our client’s field sales force.
