REQUIREMENTS
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts
- Able to follow up and enforce structure
- Experience with Google Workspace, Trello, and Dropbox preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and organize full project scope
- Build and maintain job packets (Trello, Google Drive, Calendar)
- Track material production and delivery
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractor installers
- Send outreach emails to source local installers
- Confirm site requirements (mall hours, access, COI, etc.)
- Maintain accurate scheduling across systems
- Handle basic client communication (scheduling, updates)
- Support installers during live projects (provide info, resolve gaps)
- Collect, review, and organize completion photos
- Upload and maintain clean Dropbox file structure
- Keep Trello boards, calendars, and spreadsheets fully up to date
