Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to management regarding team performance.

Assist in improving remote work processes to enhance efficiency and overall team output.

Support team members in resolving work related challenges and ensuring effective task completion.

Ensure proper documentation of tasks, updates, and team activities for reporting purposes.
