Acumatica Sr. Support Analyst
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of Acumatica software experience
- 2+ years software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICES SUPPORT RESOURCE:
- Prioritize and plan individual calendar and schedules, coordinating client and Crestwood facing meetings and/or calls.
- Works closely with other members of the Crestwood Acumatica Support Team in a collaborative fashion to ensure complete lifecycle support. Handle inbound calls, emails, and portal requests to the Support Team.
- Schedules remote support calls to facilitate the timely processing of support cases for the Support Team.
- Provides technical support to Acumatica clients with support on the below series
- Financials (mandatory)
- Distribution
- Project
- Field Service
- Manufacturing
- Payroll
- Project
- Leads internal training sessions with Support Team members and others on areas of greatest internal need to increase their overall knowledge.
- Utilizes the Acumatica business system application to track support cases and document all interaction with clients.
- Provides documentation assistance to consultants and members of the Support Team, including time entry, status report compilation, documentation collection, conducting research, and other tasks as needed.
- Obtains/Renews Acumatica Professional certifications as appropriate.
- Provides internal support (i.e., configuration, report writing, data migration, etc.) in support of Acumatica implementation projects.
- Assists with consulting project engagements on an as-needed basis.
PRODUCT ADVOCATE:
- Obtain appropriate 3rd party certifications as deemed appropriate.
- Become certified and expert on the assigned software systems assigned. This would include any software publisher required certifications that may be necessary to promote a publisher’s product.
- Update appropriate Crestwood crew members of system capabilities as they may be pre-released by the software publishers when available.
- Continuously invest time to improve professional skills via books, seminars, training sessions, etc. as may be suggested by your manager or as you find on your own.
- Participate in team meetings and lunch and learn sessions by preparing and sharing publisher product releases and new feature sets, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and recent implementation walk throughs.
