Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 6-8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and APIs
• Experience with React and modern frontend tooling
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

• Advanced degree in AI/ML
• Prior experience applying AI solutions within the Oil & Gas industry

RESPONSIBILITES

• Partner with Sales Teams to understand customer missions and strategic priorities
• Translate business needs into platform capabilities for various technical personas
• Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs including multi-agent orchestration and tool use
• Build intuitive enterprise-grade UIs using React and modern design systems
• Deliver engaging live demos that showcase problem-to-solution business impact
• Support conversations around AI governance, data security, and responsible AI practices
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams regarding customer needs
