Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3–6 years of software development experience with 1–2 years working with language models in production environments
• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and large-scale prompt engineering
• Knowledge of agent frameworks and orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, version control, and CI/CD
• Ability to define and measure AI metrics such as latency, success rate, hallucination rate, and user satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including intelligent agents, internal assistants, and automated LLM-based workflows
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for precise and contextualized responses
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, N8n) to build multi-step and stateful agents
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define use cases, success metrics, and AI-driven user experiences
• Implement observability and model evaluation practices (e.g., LangSmith) to ensure quality, traceability, and continuous improvement
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards to guarantee quality, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and the definition of best practices in applied AI
