Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within financial services, commodities, or energy markets.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Experience managing and “quarterbacking” cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Strong C-suite communication skills with the ability to engage executives and traders.
  • Based in Dubai with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity (3-4 days in office) and travel frequently for client meetings.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with energy commodity trading workflows, market structures, and pricing dynamics.
  • Experience selling financial data platforms, analytics software, or SaaS solutions specifically for trading environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Develop a high-value pipeline through networking, industry events, and in-person interactions with energy commodity traders.
  • Sell to C-suite, VP-level, and trading desks by articulating clear business cases and ROI for SaaS solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional virtual account teams, coordinating with pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to drive deals.
  • Utilize value-selling methodologies to align solutions with customer pain points and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline health using HubSpot and sales analytics tools.
