RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand specific needs, and achieve hiring goals.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the full interview lifecycle, from initial screening to coordination and scheduling.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive, professional experience.
  • Innovation: Stay current on modern recruiting techniques and trends to maintain our competitive edge.
