Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software/tools.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact clients to schedule annual administrative review appointments for our advisors.
  • Coordinate client and advisor schedules efficiently.
  • Input scheduled appointments into our client management system.
  • Conduct weekly quality control to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Field inbound client inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
