RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Connect with individuals who have submitted requests for information
  • Lead structured conversations to understand each person’s situation and priorities
  • Walk through available options in a clear, simple way
  • Help individuals determine next steps based on their needs
  • Assist with completing applications and required steps
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication and manage a pipeline of active conversations
  • Track progress and keep detailed records
