Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure
  • A degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field
  • Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
  • Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems
  • A solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT)
  • The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
  • A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL or Python
  • A background in computer science or quantitative disciplines
  • Familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies
  • An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
  • Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently
  • Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking
  • Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges
  • Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights
  • Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results
  • Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution
