Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for a mix of roles—admin, operational, virtual, and leadership—ideally in real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Strong sourcing skills; you don’t just post and pray—you go find the talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you represent the company well at every candidate touchpoint.
- Highly organized and self-directed; you build systems and follow them.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch; you’ve owned a hiring function, not just supported one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own every stage of the hiring process: job post creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and manage pipelines for recurring role types: office/admin, property management, virtual assistants, and executive/leadership positions.
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct first and second-round interviews; prepare candidates thoroughly before leadership final rounds.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
Process Management
- Create role-specific onboarding tracks in collaboration with department leads.
- Track all open roles, candidate statuses, and hiring metrics in an organized ATS or tracking system.
- Provide weekly hiring updates to leadership.
Employer Brand & Strategy
- Develop and maintain compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Recommend and manage job posting platforms for both local and virtual roles.
- Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience over time.
- Stay current on compensation benchmarks and market trends for our key role types.
