RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Inquiries: Provide accurate information about services and assist clients in understanding the best solutions for their situation.
• CRM Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and monitor new leads as they come in.
• Client Follow-Ups: Deliver case updates, answer questions, and ensure clients feel supported throughout their engagement with us.
