Remote Client Intake & Sales Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous dog experience (professional or extensive personal experience)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable discussing dog behavior and training concerns
- Sales confidence and ability to guide conversations toward booking
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volume
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
Preferred:
- Experience in dog training, veterinary medicine, boarding/daycare, rescue, or pet services
- Previous phone sales or client intake experience
- Experience handling difficult conversations with emotional or frustrated clients
- Knowledge of canine body language and behavior
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries from prospective clients
- Educate clients on training programs and services
- Recommend appropriate training options based on client needs
- Book consultations and training services through our CRM
- Assess basic safety concerns and behavioral red flags before assigning trainers
- Gather detailed notes for trainers regarding behavior concerns and household dynamics
- Follow up with leads and unbooked consultations
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients
- Coordinate across multiple service regions and trainer schedules
- Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
