REQUIREMENTS

• Multi-Unit Mentality: Experience supporting multiple locations simultaneously. You understand how to prioritize tasks that affect the whole group versus location-specific needs.
• Software Expert: Advanced proficiency in Toast POS, Tripleseat, and XtraCHEF is essential. You should be comfortable navigating Canva and advanced Excel/Word.
• Proactive Reporting: As this is a $30/hr remote role, we require Daily Activity Logs. You must be comfortable documenting tasks completed and time allocated to each project.
• Systems Obsessed: You don’t just “do tasks”—you improve the process so the task becomes easier next time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Brand-Wide Restaurant & Event Admin

• Centralized Event Sales: Manage the front-end of the sales funnel by responding to inquiries using brand templates and ensuring “close-out” accuracy in Tripleseat and Toast Catering.
• Menu Control: Act as the primary gatekeeper for all Canva (print) and Toast (digital) menus. You will push updates across all locations to ensure pricing and item consistency.
• Digital Presence: Execute basic social media posting and community management, specifically for our beer gardens and seasonal concepts.
• Training Standardization: Audit and reformat training materials, ensuring a “Universal Standard” for staff onboarding across the entire portfolio.

II. Culinary & Financial Operations (BOH)

• Portfolio Procurement: Oversee purchasing for disposables and smallwares, leveraging the scale of all locations to maintain budget control.
• Recipe Sovereignty: Maintain the master digital recipe book; ensuring all new items are formatted to standard and accessible to all kitchens.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct weekly price comparisons across all vendors; flag price “creep” and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Financial Audit: Perform weekly invoice reviews, COGS analysis, and maintain inventory accuracy within XtraCHEF for all units.
