Sales and Onboarding Administrator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear and professional communication
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and systems
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
Preferred
- Real estate, STR, or property management experience
- Experience with permits, contracts, or compliance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with owner projections (data entry, comps, and reporting support)
- Support onboarding of new properties from contract to go-live
- Help manage permits, licenses, and compliance tracking
- Prepare and track contracts (DocuSign)
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and communication across teams
- Maintain accurate records across systems (Streamline, Breezeway, etc.)
- Provide general administrative and sales support
