Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience within the outdoor/athletic industry preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide premium customer service and support to our consumers via phone, live chat and email.
- Answer inbound phone calls during the entire customer service available times
- Assist marketing with communication and feedback.
- Assist and support sales ops initiatives and projects.
- Educate customers on the Vibram brand, related products, and features – be the brand ambassador.
- Manage and answer inquiries relating to order process including order entry, shipping, inventory, and order status.
- Analyze reports and anticipate customer needs.
- Execute all directives in support of the business as requested and within timeframe specified.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.
- Perform other similar duties requested or as assigned by supervisor.
