REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree – Accounting, Economics or related area of Study.
• Junior auditor positions are entry-level roles, they can progress in their career and assume more senior roles

Professional Experience:
• 3 years’ experience of relevant experience in big 4 CA firm or ACCA Qualified
• Supervisory experience – Planning, prep and Execution of Audits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
• Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Prepares audit plan by planning assigned segment.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Completes work analysis by reviewing documents, records, and procedures; recording observations; interviewing department staff; Prepares reports by identifying findings; making recommendations.
• Prepares work analysis by determining methods to obtain information.
• Prepares reports by identifying findings, making recommendations.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
