REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls all day
• Thick-skinned, coachable, and competitive
• Clear communicator — confident on the phone and concise in writing
• Able to qualify a lead and pivot fast when needed
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
• Sales or cold calling experience preferred, but not required — we train

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work a daily call list of pre-qualified local service business owners
• Reach decision makers, qualify their pain points, and book Google Meet appointments
• Send calendar invites and confirm appointments
• Log every call, outcome, and note in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Show up to the virtual office daily
• Participate in team training, roleplays, and weekly check-ins with your manager
