RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Private Label Developer in gathering and organizing private label product specifications that align with Azure’s core values, Private Label SOP, and leadership criteria.
• Maintain project trackers to monitor product development progress from supplier sourcing through product launch.
• Coordinate timelines, documentation, and follow-ups to keep projects moving through the development pipeline.
• Compile supplier information including certifications, production capabilities, and minimum order requirements.
• Assist with supplier communications, follow-ups, and documentation requests.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams.
• Work with suppliers and the New Products and Marketing team to gather all required documentation for new item setup / Beehive
• Ensure product data, certifications, and documentation are complete and organized.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
